Verge Technology recently installed a security system with access control features for our community pool. Sean and John Michael were both very thorough throughout the proposal and installation process. They took the time to explain their installation choices and answer any small questions I had about their location choices, tech specifications, etc. For someone who was not entirely familiar with this field, Sean made a tremendous effort to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the installation. They completed the job very quickly and made sure that the system was entirely functional before they stepped foot off the job site. Although there were some unexpected obstacles throughout the installation, Verge pivoted immediately and found the best solution for the property owner, even if it took an additional effort on their part. We will continue to rely on Verge Technology as our preferred vendor for all things access control, video monitoring, automation, etc.

We were very impressed Verge Technology. We first inquired about cameras (which are amazingly clear video) but after speaking with them and understanding how we can integrate our alarm system, rolling doors, and security gate with all of it self-monitored with email and text messages to our staff we quickly grew the project to encompass these new changes. Mr. Sean Singleton of Verge Technology has proven an extraordinarily gifted technician and project manager. In addition to other tasks, he has brought our Control 4 system in our home to a level of high-quality performance that has been unimaginable since it was first installed three years ago. I am writing this letter to recommend Sean Singleton and his company, Verge Technology. Mr. Singleton was hired by our board of directors at SummerChase Condominiums in Tallahassee, Florida, to install a camera system in our clubhouse. From the planning and design of the project, Mr. Singleton was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond our expectations. He took the time that was needed to understand our wants and needs and thoroughly explained the different options we had in equipment and capabilities. Once we understood our options, he worked with us to implement the system we desired while staying within our budget. To say that Mr. Singleton and Verge Technology went above and beyond what was expected of him would be an understatement. He worked tirelessly to install the system and confirm that everything was up and running the way we wanted. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns. He took the time needed to train the clubhouse staff and myself on how to use the system. Even after the completion of the job, he is available to answer any question or concern that we have. I could not recommend a better person to handle this type of work. I have referred him to colleagues and do so without hesitation. Sean is a professional that performs quality work that meets the needs of his clients.

The project was a Control4 installation, taking over an existing fire and intruder alarm, door security, and flood detection and isolation. The fire and intruder part of the project went smoothly first time. There was a certain amount of trial and error on the other systems. Turn-around on issues was no fast, but they do not give up till problems are resolved.

Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with. We needed a simple sound system for our office and he provided the appropriate guidance to identify equipment that would get the job done and be expandable, but not push the budget. In addition, he was able to troubleshoot some of the equipment that was previously installed by a different company who had failed to configure and service it correctly. Because of the level of service received, my wife and I have also contracted Verge to install audio, video, automation and security components in the construction of our new home. We look forward to using them from this point forward!

I hired Verge Technology to put an electric door in my home, coming from the garage into the house. I am a quadriplegic and unable to open the door by myself so I needed an electric door to get in and out of the house, which is very important. Verge came in under budget and the job was done quickly and on time. I have only had it a couple of weeks, but it seems to work great and I am very happy it.

Sean Singleton with Verge Technology was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional in his work, but he was exceptionally personable and polite. Although the work he did in my home (automation through Control 4, control switches throughout house, phone app controls, amplifier, speakers in different rooms throughout house, etc.) at times seemed complex to me, he always took the time to explain in simple layman terms to make it easy for me to understand. Sean never tried to up-sell me on more expensive products, but rather made certain the many different devices were compatible and perfectly suitable for my particular needs. He answered all my calls and all my questions even after the work had been completed. I cannot give a higher recommendation for his exceptional work nor thank Sean enough for his incredible personal service!

When our home was built in 2007 I was interested in a "home automation" package. Since then Sean with Verge Technology has overseen upgrades, expansion, specialty improvements, software installations including integration with computers, cell phone and other peripherals. As one of his many long time customers he has proven dependable, accessible--even responding graciously to mid evening phone crisis calls! He knows the market well and has excellent judgment and problem solving skills. Verge continues to expand yet maintain it's very responsive customer service! I highly recommend.

I purchased my first house and wanted to truly make it a home. The staff at Verge Technology exceeded my expectations while also meeting my budgetary restraints. As a young attorney, work product is important to me and I always appreciated how Verge would go out of its way to fix things that were legally not its responsibility. The staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Home automation, in general, is amazing -- the ability to manipulate different parts of my home without having to physically be present or to have predicted steps take place to follow my life patterns is awesome (for example, when I turn my television on, the light on my fish tank will turn off). I believe the home automation done by Verge will not only increase the value of my home but it'll also increase the speed of which it sells (if I can ever part with it). All that to state without mental reservation that I recommend Verge Technology.
